SWING IS MY THING!

Swinging is my thing! It's so much fun. Here I am swinging at San Gabriel Park in Georgetown with my Grandma and Grampa Thomas and Aunt Jenn! We had a "SWINGIN" Time!

7 Months-Spring Break

7 Months Old and Growing!

Yesterday I turned 7 months old. I am sitting up really well! I like to ramble on but no words just yet. Mom has been putting me on my stomach. I wiggle my legs and i hold my self up but I am not quite getting anywhere just yet! I am eating lots of Gerber foods like yogurt bites and the gerber foods that look like cheerios, and Gerber snacks that look like cheetos. I saw both grandparents last month and am going for a visit to see both during spring break! I am enjoying holding all my toys and chewing on them. No teeth yet, but we hope soon. I have been soaking my t-shirts from chewing on them. Growing like a weed! My next doctor's appt is at the end of this month!

My 6 Month Debut

I turned 6 months old. I went to the doctor for my routine shots. I cried during the shot but as soon as it was over gave the nurse a BIG SMILE! I weigh 20 pounds even and am 27 inches long. I am loving yogurt bites, cheerios, and the teething biscuits. I have been eating 2nd foods but am now eating the ones with meats and chicken. I am enjoying rolling over and am reaching for things like crazy. Today I grabbed a teething biscuit from mom's hand and put it right in my mouth! I love to drink water out of my sippie cup! Sitting up has been fun and my favorite show is YO GABBA GABBA! I am wearing 12 month clothing. I have the cutest laugh you can imagine!

5 1/2 MONTHS

At 5 1/2 months-Parker is sitting up and grabbing things. He has graduated from first foods to second foods. He jibber jabbers all day as if we understand what he's saying. He loves laughing and loves hearing other people laugh. It puts a smile on his face. We are currently buying 12 month clothing to fit his 19 pound body! ;) He's a pure joy and we're truely blessed for such a beautiful and well behaved baby!

Parker's 1st Christmas

18 weeks and growing

Finally an update: Parker is now eating cereal and baby food. He is growing like a weed. We were asked today if he was 6 months and we're like, "um no...he's 4 1/2 months!" We're use to those comments and yes he's a big boy but he is healthy and as cute as can be! He wears 6-9 month clothes currently. His head is stable now and he is holding rattles and working on bringing them to his mouth as he is teething and drooling! We are working on rolling over and sitting up but we're not quite there yet! When he's on his stomach his legs wiggle like he wants to move somewhere but doesn't quite know how to go about it! He is a thumb sucker in a half. It soothes him. He refuses his pacifiers and wants his thumb and it puts him right to sleep! He is the cutest thing and we are loving his age!
